In a post-apocalyptic world where a cult of surgeons has removed nearly everyone’s ability to speak, a girl who still has her voice is kidnapped by one of these surgeons, the Mad Man of Miami. Her caretaker seeks the help of a warrior from a clan called the Blood and an eccentric Librarian to save her from the surgeon and his henchman, Happy Face.
